The issue lies with the invoice's name; the system is not able to increment it since it ends in letters instead of numbers.
Example;
SWEM074 would update to SWEM075 on the next invoice.
SW074EM would revert to 00001 as the system cannot register the numbers in the middle of the invoice number.
So, if you are able to, then it might be worth shuffling your naming convention up a bit and keeping the numbers to the end; that way, you won't have to update manually each time.
