Account Right export to Excel

our security protocol is now preventing us from exporting to Excel probably because of risk factors associated with older versions of Excel.

 

Are you able to upgrade to the latest version of Excel or is there another solution besides opening in Browser?

    Hey Micah001

    You can only export a report as an Excel file if Microsoft Excel 2010 or later is installed. More information and step by step instructions on exporting can be found on this page here.

    We do recommend that you use the latest version of AccountRight and Excel if you plan on exporting data.

     

    I've updated the status of this post to closed as this space is more for users to make suggestions to improve and features they'd like to see in our products!   • I am having trouble with this too, it always stops working and I don't know why. We have the latest version of Excel.
