AccountRight Bank Feeds - In the Spend Money menu could there be an option to use a Recurrent Transaction ?

Situation at present:

  • I go to the Banking command centre and select Spend Money - then select Use Recurring Transaction, find the payee and record the new instance of that payment (e.g. my monthly phone bill).
  • Next, I go to Bank Feeds, find the payment (often a direct debit) and match it to my new payment.
  • To save time, when I go into Bank Feeds - Spend Money, could there be an option to open the Recurrent Transactions list and select a recurrent transaction, to allocate the Bank Feed payment ?
  •  (Kym in Palmerston, outer Darwin - a MYOB Certified Consutant since 2007 and AR user since 1995)

    I wonder if you could send this link to ALL MYOB customers. It would be a true survey if that could be done.

    Low engagement is a poor excuse for not adding a requested feature IMHO. I feel this way because many people are too busy to engage with MYOB - they're just flat out doing entries and paying bills and don't have time to engage with helping myob update the software. 

       It's only when the frustration levels are high enough that we engage. Really, we're just too busy to constantly check what other people have suggested. I think suggestions should be taken more seriously.

    • I also agree with this adding this option in the Bank Feed. It would be great to be able to use the "RECURRING TRANSACTIONS" in the bank feed to add transactions. 
    • My other suggestion is to PLEASE ADD in the BANK FEED under the drop-down icon "NEW" the option to add a "Purchase" / "ENTER BILLS". This would be very helpful and would save time and keystrokes.

    Not everyone enters all the bills/purchases before they're paid. It would be nice to have this option in the Bank Feed "New" icon drop-down list, please. Wouldn't it be just two more links to add to this "New" icon?

    This is being updated due to low engagement (comments & votes) from the community in the last 6 months. Please be advised that the idea has still been added to our developer backlog, but it will have less traction getting prioritised without more votes. A further review will happen in another 6 months where we will either close or re-open this idea based on the number of votes accumulated in that time.
