AccountRight Desktop - We are currently in early access for attachments in sales.
I don't think it is a good idea to automatically have all attachments related to a sale emailed with the invoice.
What if someone has uploaded the breakup of the quote and this accidentally gets emailed with the invoice to the customer!!
This is almost certainly going to happen when you have multiple staff members, they're in a hurry trying to email an invoice to a customer. Next minute customer on the blower wanting to know what's going on.
My suggestion would be to have the attachments listed with an unchecked "checkbox" so that they can easily be included if needed.
**Also should be able to open the attachment from this email page so you can quickly see what you are about to send.
I'm unsure if this happens when emailing sales quotes or orders but happens with invoices.
