    Hey Brigitte

This one usually stems from your Windows display settings. If you're using a custom scaling (i.e not one from the display settings dropdown in Windows) you might see your tiles look the same as what you've got in your screenshot.

We recommend turning off custom scaling from your display settings to fix the file display.

    Hi Amanda

Can you please give direction on how to do this?  I cannot find this option anywhere.  This display on the new update is driving me crazy!  I am using the desktop version not online.

  • Thanks Amanda.  It hasn't made a difference i'm afraid.  I have tried 100%,125 % 150% and no difference.

    Hey Davotribe

Thanks for getting back to me. The team have been investigating further to understand how these scenarios are happening and how it might be solved. I will aim to update you all as soon as I have more information.

    Hey everyone.

Thanks for all sharing your feedback about the new command centre display. Initial investigations showed the display issues stemming from custom scaling settings set in your PC however we've heard some feedback that fixing these displays doesn't resolve the issue.

The team are investigating further to understand how these scenarios occur and how they can be resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to fix this up, I'll make sure to update you all as soon as I have more information.

    Hey everyone,

If you're still experiencing display issues, can you please follow the steps below:

    1. Right click AccountRight application icon on your desktop
    2. Click Properties
    3. Go to compatibility tab
    4. Click Change high DPI settings
    5. See if the checkbox Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaled performed by: is ticked and Application is selected. If so untick this checkbox.
    6. Click OK
    7. Restart AccountRight

Let me know how you go!

    Cheers, Amanda.
