6 months later and no votes or comments. :( Either I'm the only poor person who has to export from MYOB multiple times every month, or the other people who export don't even know this forum exists.
The current exporting options are pretty pathetic for regular use.
I only stumbled across this post today after looking for something else... I'm not sure how it works but this doesn't seem overly fair.
