Could you look at having the documents having the option to list each invoice with date, amount, invoice number etc (Like in a files window). It would be great to be able to swap the view from icons (which can be a guess which one it is when there is multiple from one company) to a files list as mentioned above.
It would save a lot of time when searching for the invoice.
I tend to use desktop version over web page as it has extra functions that suit us, for invoice entering.
