Users would like the preview of In Tray documents to be larger so they can view without having to download again.

This would definitely help.
I have to wait for our sales service team to process invoices with PO's in Aroflo and integrate into MYOB. Currently I have to manually compile an email list of the outstanding ones which means opening each thumbnail in the In Tray to get the details and at times that can be 40+ invoices.
A larger preview or one-click preview would really help.
