Simple: this feature will be useful to some users but for others it is unnecessary hassle. It should be something that can be toggled off by an owner/administrator.
I already loose time and my track of thought when having to do multiple sign in on other places and there would be no benefit to small or single person businesses.
This will not happen apparently. The company does not want to engage on this incredibly annoying issue

This feature is enough to make me change careers. It's already bad enough that I have to sign in with email and password and wait for code for the 2 company files I deal with daily, then when I'm regularly booted out because your software isn't responding I have to enter them again, and now if I spend time doing other components of my job that don't involve MYOB (while sitting at my desk) I have to re-enter my password again or remember to stop what I'm doing every 20 minutes and click to a different tab! I actually have better things to do than enter email addresses and passwords all day!
I'm back and forth from my desk at least 100 times per day. Each time I walk away, I lock my screen. Each time I come back, I have to sign back into MYOB. It's incredibly frustrating and time-consuming and will undoubtedly cost MYOB valuable customers.
