When will salaried staff be able to use MYOB Teams for leave requests.
We do timesheets in Aroflo but that still requires manual calculation of pays in Excel before transferring the info to MYOB to have an accurate record and audit trail.
MYOB has never had the option to add leave requests in advance so that means having to keep a manual record of leave requests, sometimes months in advance, and remember to process them in the correct payrun. We have 10-12 staff which is enough of a headache but larger businesses must struggle with this or have to use 3rd party software.
MYOB really needs a leave management system incl submitting leave requests, an approval process, a leave calendar, leave balances showing in the Teams App for salaried staff but also hourly staff.
FYI, XERO has had this (excl the calendar) from the beginning.
