I agree, we’re in the same boat. I was considering having two invoice templates available, but the downside is that it then relies on staff remembering which template to use based on the invoice amount. That leaves quite a bit of room for error. However, it would still be better than having to pay 1.7% plus $0.25 on a $30,000 invoice. I wonder if MYOB will review their percentage rate as it is one of the highest.
