As pay day super mandate for small business starting 1st July 2026, it would be great if MYOB could streamline the super payment process, particularly for advance payroll process over a few periods (like weekly payroll). When the bookkeeper is away on extended time, it would be inappropriate for them logging in weekly to approve payments. So, if only one authorization at the time of process for the super to be paid when its due, it would eliminate the need for anyone to log in whilst the bookkeeper is away. Also, it would reduce security risk than if multiple people are task to do this step. As small business, there probably only one person looking after the books. What are your thoughts? Thanks.
Pay Day Super streamline ?

Agreed, it feels like a 5 step authentication process to pay super at the moment, AFTER already logging into the computer and MYOB.

I am actually currently looking at alternative solutions to MYOB for a super clearing house at the moment as MYOB cannot forward date the super payment to be in line with the payroll date. This is problematic for what is a limited number of people who can approve the pays in my organisation so the current MYOB solution is not helpful. I hope MYOB is able to make that change so that pay day super can be approved and forward-dated at the same time as right now the MYOB process does not work for us.

Yes I am a bookkeeper at a small company and setting up the new systems. It is not user friendly at the moment. I hope some improvements are made for small business.

How about one button to pay super when you do the weekly pays
