Anyone else having this issue? eg when you have to match both positive and negative transactions from ATO to reconcile a payment or refund if its made up of multiple transactions.

Do you have any screenshots of what you're referring to? It sounds like a question that might be worth posting in our AccountRight banking board, we've got plenty of users that frequent the space there that may be able to help.
