I'd like to option of having email as one of the 2FA validations.
We've been using email for the longest time and it recently was deleted. It's the most reliable and accessible method when I'm travelling.
Now we only have the authenticator app and SMS which makes it harder when I'm away from the office.
Same, I can't find how to reinstate it anywhere. Apparently, you have to include it in the initial set up but after that you can't choose that option which is bizarre. If you have a phone issue, then you can't log in. Agree, email is the best overall option. I've learnt the hard way...
If we lose access to our phone how do we access MYOB?
