Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the server edition from this page please? Let me know if the issue persists, will make sure we get to the bottom of it.
Hi - did that and did not fix the error. Below is the build number from the server edition you had in the above link - does not appear to have changed from the build number I previously had.

I'd recommend following the steps to ensure automatic updates are available on your network as well. Normally if you redownload AccountRight from our website and there's a newer version available, you'll be prompted to upgrade it. Detailed instructions can be found on this page.

Hi Amanda - i ended up fixing it by using the PC software edition. We were using the server edition because of when we used to keep the datafile on a server. But that system ceased a few years ago. We now have an online data file and it is only me that accesses it, so i uninstalled the server software and installed the PC software just on my workstation and it has all worked and i can send multiple eft advices. Thanks for perservering with me to fix!
