Hi AlanT , there isn't a set threshold that we can set
As much as I would love to be able to say (100 likes) means we will implement a change, it wouldn't be possible.
The likes currently operate as a way of understanding how many customers are affected/impacted by the suggestion and then our product managers/developers can use this to weigh up the impact of one change against another for all of our customers
Except it really only tells you how many customers have reached a high enough level of frustration to register for the community... I reckon if you surveyed your customers you'd find more people want it than bother here. It feels like a waste of time and energy. The invoice summary is unprofessional looking too.
I am reasonably certain many of MYOB's customers don't even know all this superfluous rubbish is included in the sent emails. We only found out by accident when emailed ourselves an invoice to then forward from outlook to get around the customer's system rejecting MYOB's invoices.
