Spend Money: Remove the warning for Pay Bill transactions (when supplier is selected)
Users would like to remove the warning that comes up when entering a Spend Money that they should use "Pay Bills" instead.

Hey everyone.
This is being updated due to low engagement (comments & votes) in the last 6 months. Please be advised that the idea has still been added to our developer backlog, but it will have less traction getting prioritised without more votes.
