I am also having this issue. I have an employee who has already turned 13 (months ago) and the payrun is after their birthday so they are well and truly 13, however the super payment fails with "Employee must be older than 13 to receive super". They ARE older than 13. Is the system checking if they are 14? Or 13 and older? This is frustrating as I need to manually pay and reconcile and the record stays in the pay super screen.
