Select Pay Item When Entering Timesheet in MYOB Team
Currently in MYOB Team there is no way to select a payroll item when entering hours in the timesheet in the Team App. It would be great for this field to be selectable, so that we don't have to fix every timesheet that comes though as Base Hourly, and reallocate to Overtime, Weekend Hours, etc.
Edit Note in the Employee Timesheet by Approving Manager in MYOB Team
It would be better if the approving manager can edit the notes in the employees timesheet in the MYOB Team before the approval. Currently, the approving manager only can edit the time but not the notes. This is because sometimes the pay runs are prepared by the Accountant and it would be better if the approving manager can correct the notes from the employees to avoid misunderstanding and incorrect pay run. This will save time for all parties.
Activate Super payments for minor employees
I am located in NSW have an employee who is 13years old. She will be working around 7-14 hours per month on weekends and possibly some additional shifts during her school holidays. However during her school holidays recently when she was shadowing another employee and training she worked for 32h in one week. In New South Wales: -there is no minimum legal working age, -there is no limit to the number of hours that a minor can work during school holidays, -if a minor works more than 30h in a week, an employer MUST pay super for that employee The MYOB superannuation payment module is not set up to enable super payments for minors. When I try to create a super payment for her, I get the error message "Employee must be older than 13 to receive super." I have searched the ATO and Fairwork and I find that there are no ATO guidelines or rules or laws preventing payment of super to any employee under the age of 18. I would like MYOB to please update to the software to allow super payments for minors.Fix bugs with users unable to view timesheets submitted
There is a known issue in which users of MYOBTeams app cannot view the timesheets they have submitted. They will submit their timesheet, and when they look into their historical timesheets on the app, it comes across as blank. However, this can be seen by the manager in the backend portal MYOBTeams website, so it is coming through. It is affecting approximately 10% of employees. Suggest to have this fixed for better user experience.
Accountright browser version needs to support import of transaction Journals
We use an external payroll system that we need to download a payroll journal from to import into MYOB. Unfortunately MYOB browser version does not currently support the import of transaction journals, so I will have to manually create a journal in MYOB to add the payroll financial details. This is crazy! Can we please add the ability to import transaction journals into MYOB browser version as it is currently allowed in the MYOB Accountright desktop version?? Thanks Lisa
