When sending emails from MYOB, it would be extremely useful to have the ability to insert our own clickable hyperlinks in the email body. For example, I could include a link for customers to leave a Google review.
This doesn’t seem like it should be a major development task, as the automated MYOB emails already contain multiple hyperlinks. If those can be included by default, it makes sense that users should be able to add their own customized links as well.
I can almost guarantee that they'll close this post in a couple of months stating 'there was not enough demand for this feature, so we' ll forget about it".
Yeah, MYOB are really leaving us out in the cold here. It's such a simple thing they could enable but for some reason they choose not to.
I hope to see some action soon from the myob team.
Google review nowadays is so much important especially we are on service line. I do also need to include photo of premise service before and after for client instead of uploading while lots of photos in invoice. With HTML link limitation in email is way to annoying.

I just created a brand new thread for this exact request, then went back and left a note linking to this one so the mods can delete mine. I want to be able to add a link to our Google review page at the bottom of our email signature as well, which I have set up in the Email Defaults tab under sales settings.
So +1 vote from me, would really like to see this implemented.
