Hi AmandaMYOB, have just tried clearing the browser cache on both Chrome and Edge, the 2 platforms i regularly use for MYOB Business Online, and again both links take me back to the Dashboard instead of to the reports listed.

Yes, I have MYOB Business Online bookmarked in both, rather than typing the URL each time I need to access it multiple times a day.
I just deleted the bookmarks, cleared the cache, and then tried accessing the 3 reports through the elipsis in both the Invoices and Quotes pages again, and it takes me back to the Dashboard again on both browsers.- AmandaMYOB3 days agoMYOB Moderator

Thanks for getting back to me. You should be able to view your reports from the Reporting tab, do you run into an issue opening them from that window? Please get in touch with our support teams for assistance, we can take a deeper look and help determine the cause and appropriate fix. You can do this by raising a support ticket via your My Account dashboard.
