Have you tried deleting the invoice from the desktop version? If not, I'd suggest double checking your settings, click into Setup > Preferences from the top taskbar and select the Security tab. You'll want to make sure that the first option 'Transactions CAN'T Be Changed; They Must Be Reversed' is unticked. After that if you click into the invoice and select Edit from the top taskbar you should have the option to delete.
There is the option to void or delete an invoice in your MYOB file if the transactions are created within the file, if the transaction has come from an integration I'd recommend double checking with the 3rd party as well.
