It would be better if the approving manager can edit the notes in the employees timesheet in the MYOB Team before the approval. Currently, the approving manager only can edit the time but not the notes. This is because sometimes the pay runs are prepared by the Accountant and it would be better if the approving manager can correct the notes from the employees to avoid misunderstanding and incorrect pay run. This will save time for all parties.

AmandaMYOB​ I wanted to add my input here because I keep seeing this exact "low engagement" update on multiple posts across the forum.
When you look closer, many of these closed or sidelined issues actually have high numbers of other users posting about the exact same thing, just phrased in a slightly different way.I see this specific leave and payroll notes issue mentioned by others all the time. The threads get a lot of views, so it is clearly not an isolated request, yet they all eventually get the same automated response after a few months or so.
I really hope the product team takes this total search volume and community crossover into consideration rather than just looking at the vote count on a single thread. The demand is definitely there, it's just spread out across multiple posts.
