Forget 20-30 minutes! I am being locked out 5 SECONDS after logging in and that is without any inactivity! This is ridiculous. I am unable to do anything before getting kicked out. I couldn't even stay in long enough to see my serial number so I could raise an issue.
same here....i run 5 companies and if am doing work on one company am logged out after 2-3 mins...this is terrible and just adds to ineffecient and timewasting things to do. we should be able to turn this off and on as we need.
