MYOB BUSINESS. Invoice email needs a miscellaneous field.

 

 

The invoice emailing template needs to have an extra miscellaneous field for each customer.   In our case we deal with agents who act on behalf of several properties .

 

The invoice is made out to the Customer (Agent) and in the Description the details relating to the property are included.  The includes information relating to the service provided to one of the agent's customers.

 

When it comes to emailing the invoice  the email itself does not have the capibility to automatically identify the Agent / customer's customer.   The Customer has to actually look at the invoice to ascertain who or what it is for.  The email does not show this information.  A miscellaneous field would enable thus.

    I'm simply wasting my time.  Have other issues that you acknowledge are a problem with MYOB that have been apparent for a long while and still not fixed.  My suggestion is a perfectly logical one and to put it into a forum for others to comment on is a joke.   Why doesn't your development team recognize that the email function is missing an important feature.  Surely it is not a hard programming function to add!  Getting to the point of moving to Zero!!!!
