New layout of the Invoice screen is terrible. More than half the screen is taken up with headers and banners. Dont know why anyone would think this layout is better than the old layout.
I just want to see as many invoices as possible on the one screen. The layout of the Quotes screen is so much better.
I have just upgraded to AccountRight and am paying more, hoping it will offer a more practical and user-friendly experience. At this point, I have given up trying to make sense of it.
i cant have this stupid display where there isnt any display of actual business, nor can i go to report and see the tax invoice as report everytime i just want to see whats outstanding.
also the purchase-bill does not sum to right amount, as accounting software, but it does not sum...
MYOB says it has other priority updates, but I do not understand why the interface was redesigned in the first place when there are so many more important usability issues that still need to be fixed.

These are not ideas or requests - its a complaint about advertising that has been added to the dashboard.
Why is it so hard to get a straight acknowledgment of such.

I agree with this. The response from MYOB completely misses the point of the feedback.
The generic “we’ll consider this as an enhancement” response is not an appropriate response to a complaint about the terrible layout. I think we all need to keep emailing feedbackatMYOB.com with our complaint.
absolutely agree - it's annoying and frustrating to have to slide up and down all the time to get to the record tag
I literally can see only 2 invoices thanks to all the unneeded info on top taking up so much space. Its so time-consuming scrolling up and down to work and hard on the eyes as well. I am surprised how someone can come up with a design like this. So many complaints and no change yet.
This would be the one thing that makes me leave MYOB and go to Xero. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
