Thanks for the workaround, but this did not work for us as "I charge freight on sales" was never ticked in the first place. (have tried ticking and then unticking etc.)
After 3 years and many users raising this issue it would be good if MYOB could come up with a better solution. It might be better to remove the duplicate option if it doesn't work.- AmandaMYOB9 months agoMYOB ModeratorStatus changed:OpentoIn Progress
Current workaround available:
Click into Linked Accounts, untick the freight account for "I charge freight on sales." save.
Put it back on, save again. Should no longer experience the same error going forwards.
