Can't export reports to excel - its grey

Hi

On one computer in the office I am unable to export reports to excel. 

Product: AccountRight Plus AU 2022.4.0

Diagnostic Log attached from this morning, trying to pull reports.

 

I have tried the following:

- Uninstalling MYOB and re installing it: Version 2022.4.0

- Checked I have 2016 Excel 32 bit version installed.

- I can't export any type of reports - I have tried GST Summary Cash, Accounts List Summary,  Accounts List Detailed, Payroll Activity Summary etc.

- I have checked that in File Explorer I have the following file path: Documents>MYOB>AccountRight>Current>Reports>Spreadsheet and this file has 309 spreasheet templates in it. 

- I can export to a CSV file, but I can't open it in excel. 

 

I don't know what else I can do to fix the problem. I have read multiple threads on the Community Board and nothing on them has fixed the issue.

 

Help please!

    Hi Caitlin_G, 

     

    Thanks for your post and information provided. The error log attached doesn't give much information, are you able to try to export the report, once you've done this can you retrieve the new diagnostic log and attach it to this thread so I can take a look into it.
