Attachments in Web browser not visible in desktop version

Can someone please advise why when an attachment has been uploaded to the In tray and attached to a transaction via the web browser version that those attachments cannot be seen in the desktop online version. I was under the impression it didn't matter what version you worked on everythong would appear in either platform.

TIA

Re: Attachments in Web browser not visible in desktop version

Hi, @Kate_Nott thank you for reaching out in Community Forum!

To my understanding, when you are trying to upload an attachment in your In tray using the web browser, it is not reflecting in your software, right?

How about when you try it using the software and then checked if it will sync to your web browser?

Upon checking my resources here, there is no incident recorded about this specific issue, there might be a delay on your software and web browser that's why it is not syncing.

Please let me know how you get on this.

Regards

Hannah

Re: Attachments in Web browser not visible in desktop version

Hi @Hannah_V,

Just wondering if there are any updates on when this issue will be resolved? Attachments added in the web version of MYOB are not reflected in the desktop version.
