Bank Feed stopped working since Dec 2023

Hi

My bank feed has stopped working since Dec 2023 till now. 
I have checked all settings, including my online bank settings, and they are active. 
I only use the browser version, and I have tried to talk to someone online via chat.
Here is the Case Number: 01653130
But the only thing I get is an email reply with no solution that works, so could someone take a look for me?

    I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Upon reviewing the case number you've provided, it appears to be closed. If you're still having trouble locating your bank feed transactions, could you please send me a private message with screenshots of your bank statements and the bank feeds window for the periods where the bank feeds are missing? We can then proceed with the case from there.
