Commercial Property Chart of Accounts for Accountright

Hi All, does anyone have a sample Chart of Accounts to use for a small self managed commercial property in Australia and/or can recommend basic low cost landlord management software that could be used to interface with MYOB Accountright? Any suggestions most appreciated

Thank you for your post. When you created your company file, you have the option to choose a default accounts list to start with, based on the type of business. 

If you want to see a sample accounts list to try without affecting your current file you could check out the different sample chart of accounts on AccountRight's sample company file, Clearwater.
