Report to show all (Split Credit Card) individual transaction memo description details when entered in field

    Hi My0b2021 

     

    Sorry I misunderstood your question. The top Memo field is called the Transaction memo and this field is what is referred to in Setup>>Preferences>>Banking tab. Register and Reports (System wide) means that if the preference is ticked it will apply to all registers and reports in the software. 

     

    The Memo column is called the Allocation memo field:

    Depending on the report you want to run you may be able to add the Allocation memo. To check if that field is available:

     

    1. open the report 
    2. click on Insert Modify
    3. click on Show Hide
    4. check for Allocation memo in Available columns
    5. if it is there highlight it and click on Show
    6. click OK
    7. click on the Filters tab

    It's important to note that the information entered in that field will only display for the allocation account.
