How can multiple users use and save the same file at the same time?

Hello,

 

Please advise how/ where do we store the file so as the data can be saved/updated correctly when multiples users use/save the data at the same time.

 

We are currently storing the data in OneDrive but we face the above problem.

    To add to the previous email, we are using the desktop version (not the cloud version)

    In this matter, you may backup your file first using this Help Article, Back up your company file. After you back up the file you may install the AccountRight app to the user's computer using this Help Article MYOB Software Downloads.
