To change the ownership of an MYOB file, we need to communicate with the Primary contact or the Owner of the account. I'll send you a Change of Details form via email. You can then provide this to the previous owner of the account to authorize the changes. This form is crucial, as it helps us ensure that the change is authorized by the current owner of the account. Once we receive the completed form, we will start the process of changing the ownership of the file.
