Is there a way to add a customer email address to letter template data source? The fields are very limited and those available do not allow field length needed for some email addresses. There are obsolete fields for customer cards from database which include Default Super, Super Fund No, Super contact Phone and Super Fund www. These fields have nothing to do with customers. Can the data source be updated to show more relevant fields?

How hard is it to change "fax" to "email" as option for data source fields. Unfortunately the use of fax is pretty well obsolete now and we're all trying to be green and share on the screen.
