I am using the most recent version of AccountRight Live Premier but do not have the option on the inventory command centre for Locations. Can you please confirm how I can set these up?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum.
I'm sorry to hear about your difficulty finding the Inventory Locations. In my understanding, if you are using the AccountRight Live Premier you should be able to find the Locations tab in the command center.
If this option is missing, please send us screenshots of the Help > About MYOB AccountRight window and the inventory tab in the command center.

Thanks for the response. We appreciate your effort in attaching the screenshots.
I recommend having an administrator check your user role if it includes the location access. This can be accessed from the Setup > User Access window by any administrator of the file.
For reference, you can read through this article, Default User Roles.
Let us know if the issue persists after checking the user roles.

I have administrator access for this file (and also the "owner" of the file) however when I look at the inventory management section in Manage Roles there is no option to tick Locations per attached screen shot.

Hi @MeaganG2 , your file version is AccountRight Plus, per your screenshot, you need Premier to use Locations.

We appear to be paying for Premier according to the attached screen shot of our invoicing.
Does that mean that the ledger is not in the version that we are paying for?

Hi @MeaganG2 ., in that case go to Help, Change Product, select Premier as your product and confirm. You will need to confirm your file after that.
Take a backup first.
