Cannot Open Employee Card File

Cannot open employee card file for sereral employees.

Anyt assistance is appreciated as help line wait is almost and hour!

    Hi MelissaB1 

     

    It sounds like you may need a script (repair tool) run over the company file. Would you mind confirming the following information so we can arrange for that one:

     

    • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
    • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
    • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

      Thank you for getting back to me.

      I ended up speaking with MYOB support after being on hold for 2 hours yesterday.

      They have fixed it by running a script.

      I will definitely go to the MYOB community first next time though!!
