Cannot open employee card

I'm getting "Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close" message when I try to open an employee card.  I am hoping you can run a script over it to correct the problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue whenever you are trying to open an employee card. I'll be glad to assist you with this. Please provide me the last four digits of your serial number and Company File ID that can be seen by going to Help>>About MYOB AccountRight.
