Closing Payroll Year - Urgent

I can't access the Payroll Reporting Centre. When i click on the link in MYOB it takes me to the MYOB Web Sign in page even though i am already signed in online. I enter my sign in details and then choose the company file and then i get an error messge

Your chat assistant said to confirm the company file however when i do this another error message comes up saying not connected to the internet?!
 
I have a payroll run i need to complete this week but cannot do that without closing the previous year.

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    I understand how important it is that you could access the Payroll Reporting Center. For us to find what's causing this issue please send me a private message containing the following:

    • Serial number 
    • Full name and email address 
    • Company name 
    • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      Thank you for your reply. I have been able to speak to MYOB support and they have fixed the problem.
