Email Bounce Back from Outlook

Hi

 

When sending out pay slips I have one that keeps bouncing back.  Outlook.com.au  This is the error message I am getting:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.5.0 Requested action not taken: mailbox
unavailable (S2017062302).I have check the email address and it is correct.

    Hi Corinne3,

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    The 550 is always a problem external to your own mail server. Usually, it is at the recipient’s end, but it could also originate from inside your own “walls” through being caused. For example, by a firewall appliance which scans your outgoing emails once they’ve left your server. With this, I highly suggest to Attempt to send the email later or contact the recipient to confirm their email is working (they can test this by sending an email to themselves).
