Everyone is posting about having thsi problem but have not seen one response from MYOB. Concerned that their payslip will all show negative balances.

We are going to process payroll as normal, take tick off payslip the do adjustment if needed

I have run mine and even though it says no annual leave, if you process it shows the correct balances on the payslip and also the entitlement report is correct

On a chat to MYOB now:
"We apologise for the inconvenience, we’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible."
I have asked how do we process payroll in the meantime:
"We are asking all of our clients to try again in couple of hours"
