Finalising Payroll year after subscription has expired

Two of my clients have moved from MYOB to Xero during the year, thinking that the opening balances in their payroll would go into there STP.  This is not the case.

 

Both of their subscriptions have now expired and they need to finalise there years.  Could you please tell me how this can be achieved.

    Welcome to the Community Forum. W    e can temporarily make your subscription active again for you to send through those finalisations.

     

    So I can organise that for you, can you please send me your Serial Number and Account Name in a Private Message?
