JobMaker declaration

Hi, I have made  a Jobmaker declaration for period 5 but the ATO portal says “ THE 20 HOURS WORKED OR PAID IS NOT PROVIDED”. Could you please kindly let me know how long it takes for the ATO to receive the declaration?Is there a way of telling if the declaration was flawed? Thank you.
