Sorry for the delay in my response.
Has this been resolved for you? I had run another script over which should have fixed the rounding issue.
Are you still having your items have multiple decimal places?

Generally, the script will resolve the issue.
I have gone back and run the script again, and I can see it still affected some items. So I continued until it has to run it until it told me that there is no more that the script applies to.
If this is still happening can you please send me a Private Message containing:- Business name
- Serial Number
