I do suggest double checking with the fund to make sure that there's no recent changes made, and that all the details entered are correct for this SMSF.
If all the details check out, it's possible that the SMSF created in the company file is corrupted, for that please create a new SMSF with the correct details, give it a different name for your own reference, then switch the user to the newly created SMSF, then record the Pay Super transaction.
