Payroll EOY Finalisation
HI Suppport,
Looking for a resolution why our payroll categories had their ATO Reported label removed during various upgrades, and consequently I can't send ATO Tax office update after I realised this and corrected due date past 30Jun023.
Having reported this yesterday to MYOB support & waiting for a call back to its sensitivity I'm chasing up
today but support staff says I cant see a log for your issue reported yesterday but I can see some reocrdings.
All I have to say with all my expreience MYOB support is less than 3rd World Standard...I guess we get what we pay for......
