Payroll Error

I'm trying to process the 1st payroll today and have received the same error message - Error Gross Amount Error: The derived aggregated gross YTD amount must not be a negative amount (ATO) for 2 staff who have salary sacrifice. Their gross wages are not negative. How can I fix the problem as I need to pay staff today.

    Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Did you still need assistance with this ? If you are, can you please attach a screenshot of the error.
