Generally, if we are having issues accessing the Payroll Reporting Centre it needs that we have appropriate user access to it. 

For me to check on this for you, please send me a private message containing the following:

• Serial number 
• Full name and email address 
• Company name 
• Screenshot of error message (if there are any)

There seems to be an issue, multiple users have already reported the same problem
