Welcome to the Community Forum. The first troubleshooting step I recommend is clearing the cache which can resolve some odd behaviour in reports and forms: Clearing the AccountRight Cache.
If the report still doesn't show both transactions after attempting the above, would you be able to provide screenshots of both the payroll advice report, and both transactions so I can reproduce the error on my end?
(You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and remove sensitive information, then click on Photos to upload).
