Yes definately not manual adjustments made here either.  It appears it is a MYOB issue, hopefully they can fix it soon.

So that I can assist with this can you provide the following information:

• do the Payroll activity and Payroll register reports match? Payroll activity and Payroll register reports are NOT the same
• have you moved to STP Phase 2: What's different in STP Phase 2 reporting
• has leave loading been exempted from PAYG: Leave loading missing from STP
• have you processed $0 pays with payment date as 30 June for affected employees
